As a young boy I fantasized about growing up to be a famous architect and real estate developer. I read books by Carnegee and studied the designs of Frank Lloyd Wright. I always knew I wanted a career in real estate. Unfortunately, I couldn't draw a square box which ended my aspirations of becoming an architect. I went on to major in commercial real estate in college and have made this industry my career. I fell in love with the beaches and the mountains many years ago but couldn't afford the prices of Southern California. I always thought, "You Could Have The Best of Both Worlds." Therefore, we specialize in the sale and procurement of unique Florida Gulf Beaches & Colorado Front Range Mountain 2nd Homes. We work extensively with medical professionals and Military & Corporate Relocation clients. We also have a passion for Mid-Century modern, modular, prefabricated and Net Zero energy efficient homes. In fact, our Florida home is a throwback to a 1955 Palm Springs inspired courtyard ranch. Our love is the architectural style and design of homes throughout the 1950's, 1960's, and ultra Miami Style Modern homes. We now have over 31 years of real estate industry experience. This includes a college degree in real estate, former real estate appraisal work, more than a decade running a mortgage lending institution and close to 13 years of experience assisting in the procurement of 2nd/vacation homes for international buyers as well as the consummation of many corporate relocation clients. I spent many years of my life living on the water and have made Florida waterfront living the focus of our Florida operations. We are not traditional real estate sales professionals. In 2018, I threw away the "Sales" in our marketing materials and decided to become a Real Estate Consultant. There is a big difference. We are not there to "sell" our clients homes. We are there to provide in depth information and a step by step knowledge based approach to the sale or purchase of a home. We assist our clients in making their own wise decisions. I firmly believe that a buyer will sell themselves when they are ready to buy if given the right tools, information and trust.
